Get ready to raft down the rapids of the Ocoee and ride through the hills of Tennessee!

Our 2nd Annual Raft and Ride event will be held at Eagle Ranch, nestled in the beautiful mountains of Copperhill, Tennessee. This is our biggest weekend of fun and adventure, with activities for everyone -- day hiking, mountain & road biking, canoeing & kayaking, a climbing wall, outdoor games, and parties both nights. The highlight of the event is the thrilling ride down the Ocoee river!

You're welcome to join us early or late Friday or even Saturday morning.

If you can take Friday off our weekend will kick off early by meeting at the ranch at 10:30am. There will be options for day hiking, mountain biking, or easy paddling. We should return to the ranch by late afternoon.

While others start arriving, we can play volleyball, Frisbee, kickball and more. We'll then fire up the grill for dinner. Friday evening we'll play games, have a great dinner, hang out at the fire circle and make new friends! Once the sun sets we'll have the option to hike to Ice Mountain for star gazing. When we're back from hiking we'll start up the party games!

Saturday will begin with a great Eagle Ranch breakfast which you'll need for our fun-filled day on the Ocoee. We'll get a short safety lesson before being shuttled off to the Ocoee River.

This world famous river offers some of the best Class III - IV rafting action in the US. Eagle Ranch guides will take us safely down the river while you get wet and have fun!

When we're not on the river we can play more games, throw horse shoes, or find nearby hiking and mountain biking trails; Eagle Ranch itself has over 120 acres to explore! We'll end the night with dinner followed by campfire songs and stories (bring your own to add to the mix). Saturday night's party theme is inappropriate T-Shirt night. Bring a white T-Shirt to wear and your markers!

Sunday we start with another hearty Eagle Ranch breakfast. You'll have options for riding through the Tennessee mountains. Your first option is horseback riding where you'll gallop through the scenic trails with views of the hills and valleys all around.

Your second option is Mountain Bike Riding (bring your own bike). We'll have beginner and intermediate level rides through the famed Tanasi and Chillowee systems.

The third option is day hiking in the nearby Big Frog Wilderness. Hikes TBD.

Your cost of $135 includes rafting (middle Ocoee), horseback ride OR guided hike OR guided Mountain Bike Ride. Dinner for Friday & Saturday nights, breakfast for Saturday & Sunday, and coffee service are also included. For lodging you'll have a choice of sleeping under the stars (bring your tent) or using the bunk houses (bring sheets and pillows). The bunk housing, HOT showers and camping area are just a short walk from the pavillion where we share our meals. The tent camping area is a nice wide field with plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

This year we're also offering the option to raft the Upper Ocoee. If you're looking for additional thrills add some Class V goodness to your weekend.
